Following is a list of products we have for sale via mail order and/or locally. The most economical shipping weight is 20# or a whole increment thereof. If you would like to order any of these products for shipment, please email us at Pioneer Bison Farm with the quantity of each. All of our bison meat products are made from 100% grass fed bison. We are very particular about this. Some bison producers either raise their bison on grain or finish them on grain for 90 days prior to slaughter. We do not do this. We believe, and research proves, grass feeding creates a meat product with health benefits not achieved with grain feeding. |

It is excellent for making meat loaf, tacos, chili, pizza topping or for extra thick handmade burgers. You can use it for anything you would use ground beef for.
